This cheesecake is the alter ego to the classic New York–style cheesecake with a press-in cookie crust INGREDIENTS Unsalted butter (for pan) 2 lb. cream cheese, room temperature 1½ cups sugar 6 large eggs 2 cups heavy cream 1 tsp. kosher salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract ⅓ cup all-purpose flour RECIPE PREPARATION 1. Place a rack in middle of oven; preheat to 400°. Butter pan, then line with 2 overlapping 16x12" sheets of parchment, making sure parchment comes at least 2" above top of pan on all sides. Because the parchment needs to be pleated and creased in some areas to fit in pan, you won’t end up with a clean, smooth outer edge to the cake; that’s okay! Place pan on a rimmed baking sheet. 2. Kek Batik merupakan juadah pemanis mulut yang amat popular di Malaysia. Rasanya penuh dengan coklat dicampur pula rasa lemak daripada biskut.  Bahan - bahan 1 ketul buttercup (250mg) 1 cawan susu pekat manis (ikut kesesuaian) 1 @ 1/2 cawan air panas untuk bancuh milo 200g milo (peket paling kecil) 25g serbuk koko (botol kecil) 1 peket (300g) biskut marie Cara Penyediaan Lapik loyang dengan kertas parchment atau kertas baking supaya apabila sejuk nanti mudah dikeluarkan.  Potong butter kepada kiub. Panaskan butter di dalam periuk dan di atas api sederhana sehingga cair. Masukkan serbuk milo, susu pekat dan serbuk koko. Kacau sehingga pekat sebati. Susun biskut Marie dalam loyang kemudian sendukkan adunan coklat dan sapu rata sebagai lapisan atas. Susun berselang seli lapis biskut Marie dan adunan coklat sehingga habis. Sejukkan di dalam peti ais semalaman. Keluarkan dan potong untuk dihidangkan.

Kek  istimewa dari  Sarawak  ini di panggil  kek lumut  mungkin kerana warna hijaunyanya yang seakan  lumut. Terdapat pelbagai resipi telah diubah suai tetapi ini adalah yang asli. Selamat mencuba! Bahan-bahan 1 cawan tepung gandum* 1 cawan Horlicks* (* satukan) 3/4 cawan gula 250 gm butter 4 biji telur grade A 1 sudu besar pandan paste 4 sudu besar serikaya pandan 1/4 cawan susu pekat Cara-cara: Pukul butter dan gula sehingga putih dan kembang dengan kelajuan maksimum. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil di pukul perlahan. Masukkan susu pekat, serikaya, pandan paste dan pukul rata setiap campuran dimasukkan. Masukkan tepung campuran horlicks. INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup  vegetable oil 1 1/2 cup s sugar 1 1/2 tsp   vanilla extract 3   eggs 3/4 cup   flour 1/3 cup   +   2 1/2 tbsp   cocoa 1/4 tsp   +   1/8 tsp   baking powder 1/4 tsp   salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×9 square baking pan, or line it with parchment paper. 2. Mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla extract. 3. Add eggs and mix until well combined. 4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. 5. Slowly add to the egg mixture until well combined. 6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
