Kek Batik merupakan juadah pemanis mulut yang amat popular di Malaysia. Rasanya penuh dengan coklat dicampur pula rasa lemak daripada biskut.  Bahan - bahan 1 ketul buttercup (250mg) 1 cawan susu pekat manis (ikut kesesuaian) 1 @ 1/2 cawan air panas untuk bancuh milo 200g milo (peket paling kecil) 25g serbuk koko (botol kecil) 1 peket (300g) biskut marie Cara Penyediaan Lapik loyang dengan kertas parchment atau kertas baking supaya apabila sejuk nanti mudah dikeluarkan.  Potong butter kepada kiub. Panaskan butter di dalam periuk dan di atas api sederhana sehingga cair. Masukkan serbuk milo, susu pekat dan serbuk koko. Kacau sehingga pekat sebati. Susun biskut Marie dalam loyang kemudian sendukkan adunan coklat dan sapu rata sebagai lapisan atas. Susun berselang seli lapis biskut Marie dan adunan coklat sehingga habis. Sejukkan di dalam peti ais semalaman. Keluarkan dan potong untuk dihidangkan.

This brownies recipe can make you go all hyped because it's so easy to bake and its absolutely delicious! INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup  vegetable oil 1 1/2 cup s sugar 1 1/2 tsp   vanilla extract 3   eggs 3/4 cup   flour 1/3 cup   +   2 1/2 tbsp   cocoa 1/4 tsp   +   1/8 tsp   baking powder 1/4 tsp   salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×9 square baking pan, or line it with parchment paper. 2. Mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla extract. 3. Add eggs and mix until well combined. 4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. 5. Slowly add to the egg mixture until well combined. 6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
